Standard Shipping – U.S. & U.S. Territories We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including U.S. territories. No minimum purchase required. Orders typically ship same day or on the day following placement of your order and arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Risk-Free Guarantee: Free & Easy Returns We want you and your dog to be entirely happy with your purchase. Every domestic order includes a prepaid, no-hassle return tag. If you need a different size or color, or want a full refund for any reason, simply use the tag to send it back at absolutely no charge to you.

International Shipping We currently offer international shipping for a flat fee of $7.00. International orders may take 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
