1. Our Commitment

At ComfortFlex we know price matters. If you find the exact same ComfortFlex product advertised for less by an authorized U.S. retailer, we’ll match that price or refund the difference—before you buy or within 14 days of your purchase.

Details

Identical product

Same model, size, color, and condition (new, unused, in retail packaging).

Authorized seller

Must be a legitimate U.S. retailer authorized to sell ComfortFlex products (no marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.).

Publicly advertised price

The lower price must be visible to the general public and verifiable at the time of the request.

In stock & ready to ship

The competitor must have the item available for immediate shipment.

Currency & shipping

Price must be listed in USD and include comparable shipping costs and sales tax.

 


3. Exclusions

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales
  • Coupons, promo codes, bundle pricing, rewards points, or membership-only prices
  • Auction sites, peer-to-peer listings, or grey-market sellers
  • Misprints or typographical pricing errors
  • Customized, refurbished, or used items
  • Price differences caused by import duties or international exchange rates

4. How to Request a Price Match - Before You Buy

  1. Take a screenshot (or copy the URL) showing the lower price, item details, and date.
  2. Contact us via live chat, phone (+1 518-XXX-XXXX), or email (support@comfortflex.com).
  3. Provide the screenshot/URL plus the size and color you intend to buy.
  4. We’ll verify the information on the spot and give you a one-time discount code matching the lower price.

5. How to Request a Price Adjustment - After Purchase

If you already bought from ComfortFlex.com and see a lower qualifying price within 14 days:

  1. Reply to your order-confirmation email or email support@comfortflex.com with:
    1. Order number
    2. Screenshot or URL of the lower price
  2. Once verified, we’ll refund the price difference to your original payment method within 5 business days.

6. Limitations

  • One price match/adjustment per item and two per customer per 30-day period.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
  • ComfortFlex reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time.
