Returns and Exchanges

We want both you and your dog to be totally happy with your ComfortFlex purchase. Our policy is simple and straightforward:

You may return any item within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase or an exchange if you require a different color or size.

Full refund is contingent upon the product being in the same condition that you received it. You do not need to return the hang tag or any of the original packaging material. Please be advised that we will not accept returns that have cuts, tears or tooth marks.

The returns must be free of hair. Return items that require cleaning will incur a 30% restocking charge.

Return Shipping

If you received a product that was defective or that is not the product that you ordered, we will forward a prepaid return label along with the replacement product or have a call tag issued for UPS pick-up.

For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. If you would like to exchange the product, just return it to our PO Box along with a brief note requesting the change. We will ship the new product to you, at no charge, the same day or day following receipt of the return.
