Returns and Exchanges

We want both you and your dog to be totally happy with your ComfortFlex purchase. Our policy is simple and straightforward:

You may return any item within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase or an exchange if you require a different color or size.

Full refund is contingent upon the product being in the same condition that you received it. You do not need to return the hang tag or any of the original packaging material. Please be advised that we will not accept returns that have cuts, tears or tooth marks.

The returns must be free of hair. Return items that require cleaning will incur a 30% restocking charge.

Return Shipping

If you received a product that was defective or is not the product you ordered, use the prepaid return label included with your shipment to send it back, and we will ship the correct or replacement product to you at no charge.

For all other domestic returns or exchanges, simply use the prepaid return label included with your order. There is no charge to you for return shipping. If you would like an exchange, include a brief note with your return telling us the size or color you need, and we will ship the new product to you at no charge.
