How to Measure & Find the Perfect Fit
Because this collar features an unbroken, escape-proof slip-on design, sizing is based directly on measuring high on the neck where escape attempts occur:
Measure Just Behind the Ears: Wrap a soft tape measure snugly around your dog's neck directly behind the ears (the narrowest, highest point of the neck, not down at the base).
Select Your Size: Choose the size where that neck measurement falls near the middle of the adjustment range. The collar opens wide enough to slide smoothly over the head, yet tightens to a secure, slip-proof stop behind the ears when tension is applied.

I have not started using this on my Labrador as yet. He has just been diagnosed with Laryngeal Paralysis so thought I would buy him a good suitable harness in readiness. The harness looks lovely and very well made. Delivery was also very quick. Thank you.
Absolutely love this harness for my cockapoo.
He doesn’t like wearing a harness but the comfort flex is lightweight and very easy to fit.
He also has a slight trachea issue so the fit is perfect.
I have spent a lot of money on different harnesses but this is money well spent , I wish I had found it sooner!
I've had many ComfortFlex harnesses over the years. And even a very small one for my 6# Yorkie fits just right! One suggestion though--the O ring is too large (wide) for a small leash snap. I had to cut it off and put a split ring on. Nonetheless, love these harnesses. And they're washable, too!
